purchase as these styles are designed to spark joy. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we are glad to accept returns of saleable merchandise for a refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.

Items purchased within30 DAYSof receipt are eligible for
returns and exchanges.

FINAL SALE items are not returnable or refundable and items marked exchanges only can only be exchanged.

Start a Return or Exchange

Follow the steps below to return or exchange using your order number. Eligible merchandise may be exchanged for FREE if received within 30 days
 of the delivery date. Some exclusions apply (please see rules below). A return fee of $7 will apply for all returns, shipping is free for exchanges and store credit.

If you're making a return or exchange, you can reuse the original packaging as it features a convenient tear strip! Fun fact, our sustainable mailers are made with 100% recycled materials.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging (if applicable). Sale items discounted from 20% to 30% off can be exchanged only. Discounts that are 40% off and greater are final sale and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

If you received Printfresh merchandise, purchased on our website as a gift and would like to exchange for a different size or style and don’t have your order number please contact us at hello@printfresh.com. If you do have the order number please visit Gift Returns.

Online Return Policy:

At Printfresh, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase as everything is designed to spark joy. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we are glad to accept returns of saleable merchandise for a refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. The following rules apply:

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt. To accommodate Holiday gifting, our return window has been extended to January 10th.

  • Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging (if applicable).
  • Monogrammed items are all final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.
  • Printfresh reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
  • Accessories, bedding, altered apparel, special orders, or personalized/monogrammed items are not eligible for return.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for processing your return.
  • If you do not see your size in the returns portal, but it is listed as in stock on the site, we are low in inventory. Please send an email to hello@printfresh.com for assistance. 

Sale Items

  • Sale items discounted from 20% to 30% off can be exchanged only. 
  • Discounts that are 40% off and greater are final sale and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Price Adjustments

  • Price adjustments are honored for full-price items within 10 days of purchase. 
  • Already discounted items are not eligible for further price adjustment.

Try Before You Buy Returns:

Return your items within 10 days. Only pay for what you keep. You can go through our regular returns process. To start a return, please click here. Please note, at this time, we are unable to accept Happy Returns for Try Before You Buy orders.

Happy Returns:

We're pleased to offer Happy Returns to our customers!  We have partnered with Happy Returns, to offer printer-free, packaging-free, and sustainable returns and exchanges with no return label. Simply start your return via our online portal and opt to drop off your return at a return bar!

  • All eligible (unworn and unwashed) returns are accepted at Happy Returns Bars. 
  • A return fee of $7 will apply for all returns, shipping is free for exchanges and store credit
  • Happy Returns will email you a QR code and an Express code to provide at your local Happy Returns Bar. Without a code, they will not be able to accept your return, so please be sure to set up the return before heading to Happy Returns and bring your QR code with you.
  • Please return in original packaging.
  • Happy Returns will not be able to make the exchange in their locations.

Gift Exchanges:

If you received Printfresh merchandise, purchased on our website as a gift and would like to exchange for a different size or style and don’t have your order number please contact us at hello@printfresh.com. If you do have the order number please visit Gift Returns.

Returning In Store:

Eligible items may be returned to a Printfresh store for credit within 30 days of the delivery date. Bring the merchandise and either your return slip (if purchase was made online) or receipt (from in-store purchases) to any store sales associate.

Gift Returns In Store:

Click here to start your gift return and print your return slip using the order number. You will need this return slip to return items in store. Bring the merchandise and either your return slip (if purchase was made online) or receipt (from in-store purchases) to any store sales associate. A Printfresh Gift Card will be issued to the recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise. The card can be used in-store and online. 

International Orders:

International purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Gift Cards + Refunds on Gift Card Orders

Please note we are unable to offer cash refunds for gift card purchases.

Our payment processor automatically refunds payment to the original form(s) of payment used. If you paid with a gift card, the funds will go back to your gift card. The same rule applies if you paid partially with a gift card and partially with a credit card, the funds will be dispersed accordingly.  Refilled gift cards can be reused on your next order. Our gift cards do not expire.
